Company was set up in November 2021 when we were trying to get out of COVID-19 pandemic,
Before covid-19 pandemic, national NHS bodies had asked the government to make significant changes to NHS legislation. These proposed changes were requested to make it easier for NHS organizations in England to plan, design and deliver services in collaboration with commissioners and providers.
Many government and non-government bodies had started working on a number of possible models when we were hit by COVID-19 pandemic and suddenly our priorities changed and everyone moved away from these work streams to help with this pandemic and we believe that this pandemic has brought the changes by stealth with unknown and unknown consequences for our public and private healthcare systems
We have spent huge amount of borrowed money to combat impacts of this pandemic and we are continuing to spend substantial amounts and we all know that we’ll be paying for this for many generations to come and public services are going to hardest hit.
It is uncertain how government is considering NHS reforms now and what mid or long-term impact they will have, It is much clearer however, that limited public sector resources would lead to limited provision of public services in the short term due to ongoing staff shortages, very long waiting lists, rising costs for drugs and services and in addition Brexit has also been an additional negative factors, some sacrifices will have to be made and it would be difficult if not impossible to maintain current promise of provision of free healthcare for all at the point of delivery
With this knowledge and years of experience in the NHS 4 experienced clinicians decided to look for alternate ways to explore and make work more rewarding and provide healthcare to a higher standard what our patients deserve
